FRECO Camp

Looking for a camp to propel your athlete into off-season training? This camp is designed to help athletes understand the basic fundamentals of the sport that will translate to future wins. The technique sessions will concentrate on all three positions: neutral, par terre, mat awareness and match strategies. Our camp staff with their wealth of knowledge will help your athlete no matter their experience level make strides during their time with us.

*This is not a residential camp

Grades: 3rd -12th \| Male & Female Time: 8:15am - 2:15pm, Daily See Schedule Below Cost: $44 \| per date ($40 + $4 fee) *Save $20 when registering for ALL three dates in the SAME transaction

What to Bring

Enough workout gear/change of clothes
Towel and soap if you want to shower after sessions are completed.
Wrestling shoes
Shoe tape or any other items you need in order to train
Lunch/Snacks/Drinks you will need for the day
Medication (notify us if your child needs special attention)
